资源简介:
The Surface Biology and Geology (SBG) Visible to Short Wavelength (VSWIR) wide swath imaging spectrometer will address a large range of science applications called out in the 2017- Earth Science Decadal Survey. The instrument observes swath of 180km with ground sampling distance of 30 m with the use of two identical optical systems that are mounted sideby- side with each system covering their respective halves of the field of view. The instrument’s spectrometer core is being developed by JPL, with other contributions to the complete flight system to be provided by a not-yet-determined external supplier. The thermal architecture of the instrument is described in this paper, along with some of the challenges presented by the unique development strategy.
