To investigate transcriptional role of TgSNF2L on type II Toxoplasma gondii (ME49 Tir1), an auxin inducible degron system was introduced to control the protein expression of TgSNF2L after adding IAA. Transgenic parasite ME49 iKD SNF2L-3HA-mAID was treated with IAA for 0h, 12h or 24h then total RNA were extracted for deep sequencing.
