Gut contents of the three spined stickleback Gasterosteus aculeatus

We use CO1 metabarcoding to identify prey in the gut of G. aculeatus, a mesopredatory fish from the Baltic Sea.本研究采用细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I（Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit I，简称CO1）元条形码（metabarcoding）技术，对来自波罗的海的中型捕食性鱼类三刺鱼（Gasterosteus aculeatus，简称G. aculeatus）肠道内的猎物进行物种鉴定。
