拴锁文件服务器管理系统（简称：拴锁文件系统）是一种文件服务器数据安全管理软件，将无形的数据拴锁到有形的物理设备上，并加密上锁，确保数据泄漏用不了，用于确保数据存储底线安全，解决了数据被人“一锅端”式大规模泄露数据安全问题。
拴锁文件系统是当前我国唯一的可防范内源安全攻击的数据安全保护产品。可防范的典型内源安全攻击包括：云服务商的运维人员从云端窃取用户数据；设备和系统供应商和病毒利用后门窃取数据；系统运维人员、获得数据高权限的管理人员、网络黑客等绕开审计系统，直接从存储设施上复制、盗取数据。
拴锁文件系统使得数据安全责任人员具备了唯一、绝对的数据安全控制权，使得大数据服务方、云平台、数据流通节点、第三方运维不碰数据内容，数据外泄时可自证清白，存储设备中的数据“可管不可见、可传不可见、可存不可见、泄露用不了”。

Currently, the Lock-and-Tether File System is the only data security protection product in China that can prevent insider security attacks. Typical insider security attacks it can defend against include: cloud service provider operation and maintenance personnel stealing user data from the cloud; equipment and system vendors and malware exploiting backdoors to steal data; system operation and maintenance personnel, high-privilege data administrators, network hackers, etc., bypassing audit systems to directly copy and steal data from storage facilities.
The Lock-and-Tether File System grants exclusive and absolute data security control to data security responsible personnel, ensuring that big data service providers, cloud platforms, data circulation nodes, and third-party operation and maintenance teams cannot access data content. It enables self-certification of innocence in the event of data leakage, and makes data in storage devices "manageable but invisible, transmissible but invisible, storable but invisible, and unusable once leaked".
The Lock-and-Tether File System is available in two product forms: software and hardware devices, and supports both cloud-based and on-premises deployments, while being compatible with Xinchuang-compliant products.
