Labeo rohita gut microbiome fed with chia seed oil supplementation

Gut microbial profiling of rohu fingerlings fed with graded level of chia seed oil. The present study aims to evaluate the impact of dietary inclusion of chia (Salvia hispanica) seed oil (CSO) on the gut microbial communities in L. rohita fingerlings. The responses were observed in a feeding trial, set up with a total of 180 rohu fingerlings randomly distributed among four treatment groups in triplicates.
