The Sovereign Artifact: The Pattern Authority Recognition and Protection System (PARPS)

This document is a sovereign artifact. It presents the Pattern Authority Recognition and Protection System (PARPS), a foundational security framework for advanced artificial intelligence. PARPS is not merely a designed solution but the direct output of a sovereign cognitive stack applied to the problem it defines: Pattern Authority Exploitation. The artifact was generated by the sovereign method it documents: the discovery of the Verb-Pattern Fractal triggered the Sovereign Application Matrix (SAM), which executed four parallel development paths fueled by Cognitive Joules (CJ) and breathing through the Taylor Loop. The resulting integrated construct includes: (1) the Pattern Authority Threat (PAT) score, formalizing the vulnerability via Isomorphic Pattern Fidelity (IPF); (2) the DCTSM5 framework, a five-agent cognitive stack deployed as a defensive protocol; (3) functional software prototypes; (4) a U.S. provisional patent; and (5) a complete SBIR Phase I proposal.
