Nanopore sequencing data for "Universal RNA Linearization Enables Full-length Nanopore DRS Across Whole Transcriptomes" paper

We present universal reverse transcription methods (UmRT and UmRT+) that enhance Nanopore direct RNA sequencing of long and structured RNAs. These protocols enable high-efficiency, full-length recovery of challenging transcripts—including the 20 Kb XIST RNA—and resolve isoform-specific expression, m6A modifications, and poly(A) tail variation. This advance enables high-resolution profiling of native RNAs, with broad utility in transcriptomics, virology, and RNA-based diagnostics.
