Raw Data_Factors Influencing Tourist Satisfaction in Henan Province

The dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Tourist Satisfaction in Henan Province," was collected from visitors to five 5A-level tourist attractions in Henan Province: Shaolin Temple Scenic Area, Longmen Grottoes, Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden (Millennium City Park), and Guoliang Village Scenic Area. The survey was conducted using Questionnaire Star (www.Sojump.com) between May and November 2024. After excluding invalid responses, 517 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study focused on key factors affecting tourist satisfaction, including online reviews, word-of-mouth, brand image, and tourism experience, to explore their impact on overall satisfaction. This dataset provides valuable insights into the factors that influence the satisfaction levels of tourists in Henan Province.
