RNAME

RNAME provides a comprehensive resource for RNA modification enzymes.The current version of RNAME collected more than 21,931 manually curated writers, readers and erasers for the 7 major kinds of RNA modifications, namely Cap, I, m1A, m6A, m5C, Pseudouridine(Ψ) and m7G. These proteins are from 456 species covering animals, plant, and fungi.RNAME 是一款针对RNA修饰酶的综合性资源库。当前版本的RNAME已收录21931余个经过人工整理注释的写入酶（writers）、识别蛋白（readers）与去修饰酶（erasers），涉及7大类主要RNA修饰类型，分别为帽修饰（Cap）、肌苷（I）、m1A、m6A、m5C、假尿苷（Pseudouridine，Ψ）以及m7G。这些蛋白来源于涵盖动物、植物与真菌的456个物种。
