The GLASS-JWST NIRSpec Dataset is a high-resolution spectroscopic dataset developed by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other research institutions. It contains electron density measurement data for 34 high-redshift galaxies with redshifts ranging from 0.7 ≲ z ≲ 9.3. The dataset was acquired via the JWST NIRSpec Micro Shutter Assembly (MSA), covering a wavelength range of 0.6 to 5.3 micrometers. It is primarily utilized to investigate electron density in the intergalactic medium and its correlations with galaxy formation and evolution. The development of this dataset includes spectroscopic data collection, processing and analysis, ultimately providing detailed electron density measurements, galaxy properties and spectral features. This dataset is mainly applied to studies of galaxy formation and evolution, aiming to reveal the variations of electron density in high-redshift galaxies and their impacts on galaxy evolution.
