A versatile platform for locus-scale genome rewriting and verification

Sequencing data supporting the Big-IN method for targeted delivery of large DNA constructs to mammalian cells. Overall design: WGS and Capture-seq data from cell lines engineered to harbor landing pads (LPs) at the HPRT1 locus in human ESCs and two different loci in mouse ESCs, and various payloads subsequently delivered to these LPs.
