Transcriptome Analysis of Wild-type and arsR Deletion Mutant in Gluconobacter oxydans 621H

This study focuses on the arsR regulatory gene in Gluconobacter oxydans 621H. Transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on samples collected from both wild-type and arsR deletion mutant strains during the early logarithmic growth phase. By comparing the differentially expressed genes between these two strains at the transcriptional level, this research aims to reveal the molecular mechanisms of metabolic regulation mediated by the arsR gene in G. oxydans 621H.
