Germline and somatic sequences from young and old healthy males

We obtained 300X-500X whole genome sequences from sperm and blood of young and old healthy males, as well as targeted amplicon sequencing for multiple time points, blood, and saliva sample of some of the individuals to determine the mosaic variant baseline and transmissible mutation burden in healthy cohort.
