Characterization and dynamics of repeatomes following hybridization and polyploidization in the Hieracium plants. Low coverage sequencing was performed on the parental species H. intybaceum and H. prenanthoides, on their natural triploid apomictic hybrids - H. huteri (synonym: H. pallidiflorum) and H. picroides, and their synthetic diploid hybrids.
