In full compliance with the journal's and IRFA's standards for reproducibility, we have prepared a complete replication package. As our entire analysis was conducted using SAS, the package is centered on SAS code and structured data files. We have provided a master script along with all necessary program files (*.sas), and structured synthetic datasets (IRFA1.sas7bdat, IRFA2.sas7bdat) that preserve the exact workflow, variable definitions, and panel structure, allowing the code to execute end-to-end. A comprehensive “IRFA code20260321.zip” details all data sources and the reconstruction process. We acknowledge that using SAS may require specific checks, and we sincerely appreciate the additional effort this might entail during verification. In addition, figure 1 was generated using Microsoft Excel. Specifically, the underlying data for this figure was derived from the raw dataset IRFA1. By categorizing the variable LEV1by country/region and processing the data accordingly, the resulting aggregated values were used to plot this trend chart. Since this figure was not produced programmatically within our SAS workflow, the specific graphing code is not included in the main replication script. However, the exact processed dataset used to create Figure 1 in Excel is available. We would be happy to provide this processed Excel file upon request to facilitate verification.
