This article analyzes the psycholinguistic role of emotional and motivational factors in the process of speech communication, based on the example of the Uzbek language. The study examines the influence of an individual’s emotional state, intrinsic motivation, and socio-psychological factors on the processes of speech production and perception. It also substantiates the importance of emotional stability and motivation in enhancing the effectiveness of speech activity. The findings highlight the necessity of applying a psycholinguistic approach to the development of speech communication.
