The data are part of the dissertation "Time-Resolved Terahertz Spectroscopy: Ultrafast Photoconductivity Dynamics and Electronic Transport Properties", defended at IFGW Unicamp on Semptember, 26, 2025. They include the Terahertz-Time Domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS) data and Time-Resolved Terahertz Spectroscopy (TRTS) data of Silicon, GaAs and MXene Titanium carbide samples, each of them separated in its respective file. The data were acquired using THz-TDS and OPTP setups implemented in the Photonics THz Lab of the Quantum Electronics Department at IFGW Unicamp. The data provides the electric field transmitted through the sample at different photoexcitation configurations (with or without it). After processing using Python routines and further conductivity models to adjust them (such as Drude and Drude-Smith models), they served as basis for conductivity and photoconductivity analysis of the cited materials, which was the main goal of the research.
