Capability or Endowment? A Capability-Aligned Assessment of Economic Winners and Losers from the Climate Transition across the OECD — analysis code and computed data

This deposit is the reproducibility package for the article "Capability or Endowment? A Capability-Aligned Assessment of Economic Winners and Losers from the Climate Transition across the OECD" (G. Roos, submitted to Sustainability, MDPI). It contains the analysis code, the computed construct/component/score and robustness tables, the green-goods basket definitions (APEC-54, OECD CLEG-248, and a physical-climate adaptation basket), and the two figures. The pipeline is deterministic (numpy default_rng(20260629)) and reproduces the paper's results — the capability and cost-coverage indices, the four-tier winner/loser typology (Figure 1, Table 2), and the circularity, cost-composite, tier-stability and adaptation-basket robustness checks — directly from the computed construct table. Three upstream analyses (economic-fitness and NODF-nestedness robustness, and China's relatedness) rely on country-by-product economic-complexity matrices produced in a separate, client-owned pipeline that cannot be redistributed; these are a standard construction from the public Atlas HS92 trade data, and their computed results and the exact code are included.
