Dataset 1. Log2 transformed normalized single-cell RNA-seq counts matrix.
Dataset 2. SingleCellExperiment container with raw counts, normalized counts, log2 transformed normalized counts, cluster information, and metadata.
Both datasets apply to the paper: "Cell-type identity of the avian utricle."
