Mass spectrometric analysis of the AIBP TurboID proteins

AIBP-TurboID-HA expressed HUVECs were seaded into 6-well plates. Once they approximately 80% confluence, cells were incubated with biotin-labeling buffer containing 500 umol/L biotin and 200 umol/L ATP. Cell lysate were collected at 6h with or without biotin incubation. The above cell lysate was incubated with streptavidin magnetic beads overnight at 4℃, Beads were collected for the following mass spectrometry analysis after washing beads for twice.
