Cognitive Functions Modelling and Analysis

This paper reviews existing literature on Dr. Carl Jung’s theory on psychological types and expands upon these theories with enhanced detail and understanding. The properties of the cognitive functions in each function position are discussed according to conventional and amended frameworks. This is a work of theoretical philosophy and psychology aimed at exploring the functional mechanics of the human mind and is largely derived through field observation and analysis. Theories that impact patterns of human relationships and functional mechanics of the human mind are introduced, such as function mimicking. Additional cognitive models relating to patterns of human relationships are discussed from a predictive lens and detail insights relating to human consciousness, cognition, and mechanics of the mind. By better understanding the mechanics of the human mind, this paper introduces theoretical models pertaining to human cognition that affect human decision-making processes relating to social interaction patterns. These cognitive models raise additional questions about the complexity of human consciousness. These insights serve to expand upon theories of Jungian psychology while simultaneously adding further specificity to previous archetypal descriptions.
