First TCR-Vβ families are ranked based on their proportional size. Then values are normalized to 100%. Subsequently, the surface under the Lorentz curve is calculated. In this blood donor, the surface between Lorenz curve and equidistribution line = 5000–3022.32 = 1977.68.
