Expression data from murine BM Tx transduced with BRSST gRNA +/- sgEzh2 [array]

Mice transplanted with BRSST (Bcor, Runx1, Sh2b3, Stag2, Tet2) sgRNAs in addition to the sgEzh2 develop myeloid leukemia with a significantly earlier onset compared to missing sgLuc. We used global expression analysis by microarray to determine regulated gene programs after addition of the Ezh2 sgRNA. LSK cells expressing SpCas9 were transduced with the sgRNA combination and transplanted into irradiated C57Bl/6J mice. BM was harvested after development of a leukemia or after 6 month and used for RNA extraction.
