Transcriptomes of calli and suspension cells from neem. Neem transcriptomes

This study reveals neem transcriptome profiling of the calli and suspension cells produced from leaves with different medium by ratio of nitrate to ammonium. In conclusion, there are many differences among the callus, suspension cell and leaf in transcriptomes.
