3.3 Data Collection:This study focused on four Indian IT companies known for their innovative adoption of digital technologies in the talent acquisition process. By adopting a purposive sampling technique, this study selected HR professionals from each organization, especially from the talent acquisition team, by considering two key criteria: direct involvement in the AI-driven recruitment process and having a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition.Each interview lasted between 30 and 40 minutes and was conducted in a virtual or face-to-face arrangement, depending on the availability of the respondent. To maintain methodological rigor, researchers ensured that the interview questions were validated by subject experts and peer review evaluation prior to the fieldwork. All interviews were audio-recorded with participants’ informed consent, and transcripts were used for detailed thematic analysis.
