资源简介:
RNA methylation is involved in the regulation of cell response and cell fate, and is closely related to the development of tumors. To identify the potential roles of the mRNA m6A modification in human bladder cancer, we analyzed the profile the landscape of the mRNA m6A modification in 3 bladder cancer tissues and the corresponding non-cancerous tissues. We compare the difference in RNA m6A methylation between bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal control tissues using MeRIP-seq. The data was shown in “MeRIP_RNA_result”. Moreover, Label-free quantitative proteomics was used to identify differentially expressed proteins in bladder cancer tissues. The data was shown in “Proteomic_data”.
