Total purchases by the municipality of actual operations from companies within the group, share (%)

Purchases of actual activities by the municipality in total, from municipally owned enterprises, as a share of the cost of own commitment for actual activities (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions. Municipal business activities and joint operations (including premises) have been excluded from the concept of actual operations.
