Microbial ecology and antibiotic resistance gene distribution in marine environments

This project reports the metagenomic sequencing of seawater samples collected from the Eastern Indian Ocean. The dataset was generated to investigate the microbial community structure and functional potential of the marine ecosystem in this region.
