This study investigated the effects of agricultural management systems and microbial inoculation methods on the soil, and soybean rhizosphere and nodule microbiome. Soybeans were grown under crop-livestock integration and fallow systems, with Bacillus subtilis applied through furrow, soil surface, or organic compost inoculation. Bacterial communities were profiled by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. The data provide insights into how land management practices shape rhizosphere bacterial diversity, composition, and potential functional profiles.
