The aim of this project is reveal how environmental and hormonal cues act to initiate flower abscission and what are the routes linking the aptitude of an organ to become competent for cell separation and the culmination on its abscission. For that, samples of Vitis vinifera "Thompson Seedless" were collected under normal conditions and 2 different treatments( shade and gibberellins) in three different time-points.
