Here we report the draft genome sequence of one Pseudomonas and two Bacillus strains. These strains were isolated from rhizospheric soil of plants growing naturally in the vicinity of discharge point of an industrial area located in Rawalpindi Pakistan. These strains have strong potential to tolerate heavy metal stress and also posses PGPR characteristics and thus can be used as inoculums to ameliorate heavy metal stress effects in crops.
