Research Data for: Diffusion-Driven Lithium Entrapment as a Kinetic Limitation in Silicon Battery Electrodes

This data set contain the matlab code required to simulate and generate the images for the research article in the title. Detailed information is shown in the README.md file. The data set also contains two videos showing example diffusion processes. These are for illustration purposed to show how the two-way diffusion works.
