Mars: Orbital Angular Momentum for Orbit-Spin Coupling Studies of GDS

These data accompany the JGR-Planets paper by Shirley et al. (2019JE006077), which is a study of the historic record of global-scale dust storms (GDS) on Mars. Calculation of the dynamical quantities is described in the above cited paper and in Shirley, J.H. (2017).
