Cognition and Structural Connectivity Dataset

<p>This dataset combines neuropsychological assessment results with diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) tractography metrics to investigate the impact of glioma and radiotherapy on cognitive functioning and structural brain connectivity. The <em>Neuropsych</em> sheet includes demographic variables and test scores from attention, memory, and executive function tasks (e.g., CVLT, TMT, Corsi, Digit Span, Boston Naming Test). The <em>DTI</em> sheet provides quantitative measures of major white matter tracts (e.g., cingulum, corticospinal tract, superior longitudinal fasciculus) for both hemispheres. Data are anonymized and organized by participant ID, enabling multimodal analyses of cognition–connectivity relationships in glioma patients and controls.</p>
