Dataset from the physicochemical studies of a pH-senstive oligourea foldamer

The dataset contains raw data for the physicochemical characterization of an oligourea foldeamer containing ten urea residues with Dab and Glu residues senstive to pH conditions. The data accompanies the publication "pH-Dependent Properties of Functional Monolayers of Helical Oligoureas", accepted 21.04.2026 in ACS Journal of Physical Chemistry C.AFM QNM data was aquired with a Dimension Icon instrument (Bruker), Nanoscope 9 software. The electrochemical studies (pzfc, ACV, EIS) with CHI 650 bipotentiostat (CH Instrument Inc., Austin, Texas), CHI650 software. PM IRRAS spectra were recorded with a Vertex 70 spectrometer with a custom-built external reflection unit around the polarization modulator (PMA 50, Bruker), software OPUS 5.5.
