Raw spectroscopic data were collected in 2025 at a temperature of approximately 296 K and pressures between 20 and 250 Torr Torr using the frequency-stabilized cavity ring-down spectrometer. The cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) technique was used to measure the transitions from the oxygen 1.27 μm band for pure O2 and artificial air (O2 + N2 mixture) samples.Deposited data:Data_experimental_spectra - folder containing files with experimental data for three oxygen transitions (S13R14, S15R16, S17R18) from the 1.27 μm band. The data correspond to the pure O2 and artificial air (O2 + N2 mixture) samples. The first four rows form a file header. The columns in the file (starting from row 5) correspond to the spectra relative frequency, the absorption coefficient, the sample pressure, and the sample temperature, respectively. In order to obtain the spectra absolute frequency axis, it is needed to add Initial wavemeter [GHz] value (row 3, column 7) and 0.2 GHz to column 1.
