Visium Spatial transcriptomics of murine small intestine in steady state with or without LXR agonist GW3965

In this dataset, we investigate the murine small intestine spatial transcriptomic profile at the steady state and compare the genes alteration with and without LXR activation by sythetic ligand GW3965 diet. Wild type C57BL/6J mice were under standard or GW3965-supplemented diet for 10 days then mouse small intestine (including jejunum and ileum) were collected on day 10. Intestines were prepared as Swiss rolls and analyzed using Visium Spatial Transcriptomics (10X).
