永嘉教玩具企业质量管理分析数据

为改善永嘉教玩具企业“低技术、小规模、分散化”现象，提升企业质量管理意识，助推教玩具企业高质量发展。因此，构建教玩具企业质量管理评价指标体系，根据质量管理评价结果（I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ），对教玩具企业实施质量管理分类指导和服务。对质量管理优质企业，推荐申报市长、县长质量奖、浙江“品质标”企业认定等，对质量管理能力薄弱企业，建立企业成长培育库，制定帮扶政策，并邀请相关专家开展质量管理提升专题培训。另外对于本行业外的所有企业，企业质量管理评价在经济管理领域中起着非常重要的作用，可以帮助所有企业识别和评估教玩具企业的产品质量情况，从而避免因产品质量问题而造成的损失，例如对于质量评价优质的企业，可以放心合作或者降低定金比例促进双方交易量，而对于评价能力薄弱的企业，所有企业需要提高定金才能合作，从而避免因产品质量问题而造成的损失。1.数据采集：采集企业的卓越绩效管理、质量管理能力建设、质量诚信报告发布、安全生产标准化建设、质量管理、质量改进与提升、创新能力、创新成果、品牌管理、品牌保护、品牌认可、税收、亩均效益综合评价、其他效益等14个维度的数据。2.数据处理：对上述14个维度分别对企业质量管理进行打分，打分值依次为A1、A2、A3.........A14。3.计算信用评分值M=（A1+A2+A3+......A14）。4.数据分析：根据质量管理评价分M对企业进行分级，M>80，质量管理优质，I级；70<M≤80分，评质量管理良好，Ⅱ级；在60<M≤70分，评质量管理合格，Ⅲ级；M≤60，评质量管理不合格，Ⅳ级。

To address the longstanding issues of "low technology, small-scale, and decentralized operations" in Yongjia's teaching toy manufacturing enterprises, enhance their quality management awareness, and facilitate their high-quality development, this study constructs a quality management evaluation index system for teaching toy enterprises. Based on the quality management evaluation results (Grades I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ), classified guidance and services will be provided for these enterprises. For enterprises with excellent quality management performance, they will be recommended to apply for the Mayor’s Quality Award, County Magistrate’s Quality Award, and the certification of Zhejiang "Quality Standard" enterprises, etc. For enterprises with weak quality management capabilities, an enterprise growth cultivation database will be established, support policies will be formulated, and relevant experts will be invited to deliver special training on quality management improvement. Furthermore, enterprise quality management evaluation plays a critical role in the economic management domain, as it can help all enterprises outside the teaching toy manufacturing industry identify and assess the product quality of teaching toy enterprises, thereby avoiding losses caused by substandard product quality. For instance, enterprises with excellent quality evaluation results can be trusted partners, and the deposit ratio can be reduced to boost bilateral transaction volume; for enterprises with weak quality evaluation results, all cooperating parties are required to increase the deposit proportion before entering into cooperation, so as to avert losses arising from product quality issues. 1. Data Collection: Data will be collected across 14 dimensions, including excellent performance management, quality management capability construction, quality credit report release, work safety standardization construction, quality management practices, quality improvement and enhancement, innovation capability, innovation achievements, brand management, brand protection, brand recognition, tax payment, comprehensive evaluation of land use efficiency (mu-average benefit), and other benefits. 2. Data Processing: Each of the aforementioned 14 dimensions will be scored for enterprise quality management, with the scores denoted as A1, A2, A3, …, A14 respectively. 3. Credit Score Calculation: The overall credit score M is calculated as M = (A1 + A2 + A3 + … + A14). 4. Data Analysis: Enterprises will be classified based on their overall quality management evaluation score M: - M > 80: Excellent quality management, Grade I; - 70 < M ≤ 80: Good quality management, Grade Ⅱ; - 60 < M ≤ 70: Qualified quality management, Grade Ⅲ; - M ≤ 60: Unqualified quality management, Grade Ⅳ.
