Dataset for the preprint: "Tall tower eddy covariance campaign reveals complex emission patterns for carbonyl sulfide"

Data set used to produce the analysis and figures in the manuscript titled "Tall tower eddy covariance campaign reveals complex emission patterns for carbonyl sulfide" submitted to Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics. Data set consists of the following parts, which need to be unpacked to reproduce the analysis shown in the mauscript. Data.zip: Processed datasets used to produce the figures and the analysis in the manuscript, including eddy covariance observations, meteorological measurements, and SiB4 model output. Data from other sources were used to conduct parts of the analysis: Those are indicated in the README files in the respective folders. Scripts.zip: Python scripts used to create the figures and the analysis shown in the manuscript. Scripts use the data in the above Data directory. Final_notebooks.zip: Jupyter notebooks written in Python. Each notebook corresponds to one or more figure or table of the manuscript. Figures.zip: Figures of the manuscript in both PDF and PNG formats. environment.yml: File to create a minimal virtual conda environment with packages used in the scripts and notebooks.
