The Quasipaa spinosa (Amphibia:Ranidae), a large unique frog species found mainly in southern China with a fairly low amount of fat and high protein, which was considered new for aquaculture representing in China. So far, the date of the amphibian genomic were came from Silurana tropicalis and Xenopus laevis for which belong to model species. Only a handful of genetic information were indicated from the Q. spinosa.
