Cell size differences in C. closterium (old data 2020). RNA-seq of C. closterium above and below sexual size treshold (old 2020)

RNA-seq of Cylindrotheca closterium cultures that where harvested in two size classes for each mating type (MT+,MT-). DE analysis were performed to find genes specific for hypothesis with effect of size, mating type or joined effect of both. Further, results where used for comparative studies using similar datasets from two other species of diatoms.
