This study was conducted at the Wulanaodu Station of Desertification Control under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is located in Western Horqin Sandy Land, Northeast China. Soils were sampled in August 2019. The representative 36-year-old plantations of HF, SG, PSM, PS and AH were selected as a group theexperimental sites.The representative 0, 8, 20, 36 years old MS, CM, NCM, were selected as another group theexperimental sites. In each site, three plots at different sand duneswere set up for sampling. In each plot, five plant clumpswere selected, and subsamples at depths of 10 cm were collected using a shovel from four directions 50 cm away from the center of each plant clump.
