资源简介:
This study aims to analyze the gene expression changes in HCT116 human colorectal cancer cells treated with Nitidine chloride (NC), a compound with potential anticancer effects. The experiment is divided into a control group (0.1% DMSO) and an NC treatment group (6 umol/L), with three replicates per group. Cells in the logarithmic growth phase are collected and seeded in 6-well plates. When the cell confluence reaches around 60%, the medium is replaced with drug-containing medium, and the cells are incubated at 37C with 5% CO2 for 48 hours. Total RNA is extracted using the Trizol method, and samples are sent to Haiyi Times Genetics for whole-genome sequencing. The study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of Nitidine chloride on cancer cells, offering insights into its potential as a therapeutic agent for colorectal cancer.
