Algerian Grapevine rupestris stem pitting-associated virus. DZ-RSP virus

Grapevine rupestris stem-pitting virus (GRSPaV) is one of the most widespread grapevine viruses and is transmitted mainly by grafting. Molecular analysis by RT-PCR was carried out on a CP gene fragment for GRSPaV, some of which were sequenced in order to conduct a phylogenetic study. Our study is set to investigate the genetic variability of GRSPaV based on CP sequences.
