In order to investigate gene flow, local adaptation, and resilience to near-future changes caused by global warming, we used RADseq techniques combined with transcriptomics to obtain SNPs from 62 individuals of the sponge Dendrilla antarctica along the Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetland Islands. We found high levels of population connectivity and interesting signals of divergent selection.
