The Study of food allergy/-intolerance was conducted in 1995 by Statistics Norway (SSB), commissioned by The Public Nutrition Advice Agency (SE), in collaboration with the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association (NAAF), Norwegian Institute of Public Health (SIFF) and the Norwegian Food Control Authority (SNT). The survey was conducted through the mail form sent to a selection of members of the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association. The survey deals with various issues related to the allergies and intolerances of the respondents, and the consequences this entails. The survey consists of two parts. First part completed by all households, regardless of whether the respondent or someone in your household has food allergy / intolerance or not. The second part required of households where the respondent or someone else in the household has food allergy / intolerance.
