Metagenomic Contigs - Combined Prokka, HTSeq, and KEGG gene and pathway information for metabolisms of interest

Combined Prokka and HTSeq output (Lindsay2.contigs_prokka.ct.df.csv) with KEGG ortholog gene IDs for metabolic pathways and KEGG metabolic Modules of interest for the degradation of plastics. Locus tag IDs annotated to each KEGG ID were pulled and combined with information from KEGG, Prokka, and HTSeq output.
