Transcriptome expression analysis of IL-12 influenced mouse podocyte

To explore the effect of IL-12 treatment on podocyte function and related signalling pathways. After 6 hours treatment of podocytes with the screened differential cytokine IL-12, which was found to affect cell migration ability and cytoskeleton, RNA-seq sequencing was performed on control and IL-12-treated podocytes respectively to look for differentially expressed genes and signalling pathways and to search for potential mechanisms of MCD recurrence.
