The dataset deposited here provides single-nuclear level transcriptome (RNA-seq) and epigenome (ATAC-seq) of vGlut2-based purified retinal ganglion cells (RGCs), from P42 adult mouse eyes, which can be compared with other datasets conducted on developmental mouse RGCs or aging mouse RGCs Retinas from the vGlut2-Cre;LSL-Sun1GFP mice aged postnatal 42 days were dissociated to expose cell nuclei. GFP+ nuclei of RGCs were enriched with anti-GFP MACS. Final concentration of 4000~5000 nuclei/uL loading onto the 10X Genomics multiome platform.
