A presentation on a potential anti-CD38 mAb, daratumumab which stood out from a panel of selected 42 human mAbs that specifically bound to CD38-transfected CHO cells (CHO-CD38) was identified. By competition binding experiments on CHO-CD38 cells, mAbs were divide into four competition groups from 1-4 i.e., HM-037, HM-003, daratumumab, and HM-029 respectively.
